A MESSAGE FORM OUR HIVE TO YOURS
It's that time of year again, the weather gets cooler, the days get shorter and the CNE is happening...all signs that summer is coming to an end. BOO! Well, our only consolation for you is...ummm...well, nothing...because nothing beats summer! However, we will try to distract you with all the new developments at our hive. Keep checking our site for a slew of tweaks, updates, changes, transformations, well...you get the idea !
WHAT THE HECK'S BEEN GOIN' ON???
F*ing A!...what did you say to me?...ohhhhh! F.N.A.
One of the many positive things that happened to us with our BUZZ concert was the discovery of a kickass band called F.N.A. during one of our promo nights. We are currently ironing out details with their manager, Gary (of www.wettboxx.com) to get these guys in our studio to record. We've been out supporting them at their gigs and they are always hype, each time is like the first time! Their musicianship is stellar, their songs are killer and their stage behaviour is a safety hazard! What else can we say? F.N.A.! (how appropriate!) Watch out for the addition of this band to the RiR Family!
Vulto! Vulto! Vulto!
Recording of Vultocazhe continues in the hive. This is a special FYI for the new Vulto-fans that emerged from the BUZZ concert. Slowly but surely, we are compiling that first cd! With band members and studio schedules permitting, might we say a Summer 2005 first cd release...maaaybe. Possibly in time for BUZZ 2005...definitely!
New site for your sight
Yes, we know it has been static for a while. Yes, you have been bugging us forever. But that just means that we have been busy doing other things in the hive (concerts, recordings, schmoozing). Finally, the wait is over! We will be launching our new site on September 20. Visit us, browse the shop, sign the guestbook and be kind to tell us of anything that isn't working properly. (For those of you who have a problem with change...don't worry, the look and feel is still the same.)
