A MESSAGE FROM OUR HIVE TO YOURS
Hi folks! Well, we've finally sprung into spring, out of our winter hibernation and are moving very quickly into the busy, dizzy schedule we have for our summer agenda. We've got some bad, good, great and incredible news! Read up!NEWS
The BAD
FNA or For Now Anonymous is Finally Not Available. After talks between our hive and their management office, RiR has decided to withdraw our recording contract. Yes, yes...sad but true. We wanted to get them into the studio and often the guys would contact us about scheduling studio time, but unfortunately, FNA Management dragged their heels for far too long. We could no longer justify all the energy we were expending to accommodate their Manager (especially since we had our current artists to record). It's too bad because they were a great bunch of guys. But, the beat goes on! ... and on we go with it!
The GOOD
RiR, with affiliate, Minerva Records, is in the works of producing a new band. Clark's Lane, an Asian, all girl band, is currently in regular sessions prepping for their debut in our BUZZ 2005 Summer Concert. Keep checking our website for more info on Clark's Lane. The GREAT
(Photos and interview soon to come.)Oh my goodness! Is it that time already? BUZZ 2005 is well in the works. The hive is always abuzz this time of the year, and even more so, as RiR and Minerva Records will be sharing the stage to showcase their artists. Bands on the roster are Vultocazhe, Skyla, Noizy Toyz, Out of Luck, Sounds Like Scieris and Clark's Lane. But this year, we have a special feature for you!................(drumroll)..................
The INCREDIBLE
……KITCHIE NADAL will be making her first North American performance at our very own BUZZ 2005. The hottest female artist in the Philippines, her self-titled album has already gone platinum, amassing three number one singles! She has already been nominated for 7 Awit Awards (the Philippine equivalent to the Grammy Awards). This is a huge event for RiR and Minerva Records.
