 Describe how FNA started ?
FNA is a band of trial and error, some of the band has been in previous bands with each other while others have been working together for quite some time. Each of the members have put up with people who just didn't have the same career goals that FNA now has. FNA means For Now Anonymous which we think is ideal for the band because we couldn't agree on a name.
 As individuals were any of you pursuing music prior to joining FNA?
The entire band is pursuing music, Shawn has been playing guitar since he was 11 and had a dream of being in a band and has been working on it for over 6 years. Greg and shawn have been in a previous band together, and as have shawn and mike. Nik has been in a few other bands as well and this is marks first band, but according to sources all he used to do was play bass in his room wanting to be in a band.
 Did you grow up in a household where music was plentiful ?
Shawn - My dad listens to a lot of great oldies, but a lot of it i cant really get into, i have developed my own taste in music over the years.
 How would you describe your music ?
Our music is intense and full of energy, the category that we would go under would most likely be industrial nu-metal , our influences combine to make a powerful and emotional performance with influences such as 'sevendust', 'finch', 'the used', 'i mother earth', 'disturbed' as well as many others.
The music is well written and not generically the same chord progressions as most bands use, the vocals are packed thick with perfect key harmony. The guitars are thick and aggressive , the bass phat and pounding drums.
 When you compose your music, how does it start as ? ... Does it start with a beat, a melody, an accidental chord progression ? How ?
Truth is, we just jam and one of the members comes up with an idea and we jam on it or something kind of falls into place. Most of the melodies and lyrics are improvised until perfection.
 What is your background in music? did you have any formal training ? or are you self taught?
Shawn - i took guitar lessons but as for vocals i am self taught.
greg - I still take lessons to this day
nik - self taught
mark - ive been taught but also just showed myself a lot of what i know
mike - ive taken lessons but also taught myself.
 As musicians, what are your future plans at this point ?
Our future plans as of this point are to hopefully sign with RIR and record a full length album. We want to promote the album as much as possible, get radio play and possibly a video done and then just shows shows shows. We are also planning to move out into a house together at the end of summer next year and really start getting things going.
